My name is george. I heard of a car sale for 2010 auto on 100.5 radio I have been interested in getting a new car so I took a ride to First NY Federal Credit union where i found a car i wanted. You'll Never Have A Better Car Buying Experience

I live in Westchester County and needed to buy a car for my daughter who attends University at Albany. I looked for a low mileage car in the Albany area and found a 2014 Ford Focus at 2010 Auto Sales. I inquired online and received an emailed from Mark that the car was available. I spoke with Mark and he couldn't have been easier to work with. My daughter had never test driven a car and she had to do this on her own. Mark made her feel very comfortable and answered her questions. If you've ever thought buying a car from a distance is impossible then you haven't worked with Mark. He answered a few questions I had, gathered some basic information and emailed pre-filled paper work for me and my wife to sign. We signed the papers, made copies of Drivers License, and sent a cashiers check UPS next day to Mark. I got the call from Mark saying the car is washed and my daughter can pick it up. Most important for a father I really felt Mark was looking out for my daughter and that made the experience even better.

The 2015 GMC that I just purchased came with 2 sets of keys and just like my last purchase, a full tank of gas. Most dealers will chisel you for some extra bucks for the keys and if you take the most direct route enough fuel to get you there. The only cars I have ever purchased have been from large car dealers. To be honest I was very hesitant to buy a car from a smaller dealer since I never had before. I saw a car I liked online and the price was better than similar vehicles I saw at other dealers so I decided to go and look at it. Mark was great. He wasn't pushy at all. He gives you as much time as you want to look the car over and test drive it by yourself. He doesn't hover over you and push you at all which is completely different from what I am used to. From financing to any questions you have with the vehicle, he is able to handle it. He did everything the larger dealerships do but for a better price and less pressure. Great Experience

I have bought many cars in my life, but I have never had the experience I had like the one at 2010 Auto Sales. Mark made my buying experience so easy. Very down to earth people. Came for a test drive on Saturday, was great, laid back not pushy, got the keys to the car and went for a test drive. Came back in Mark worked on the price for my trade. They were easy and kind. Mark then worked on my loan and even got me a better deal then what I was approved on Monday, so yesterday I got to go pick up my new car, it was fast and easy. They had the car ready for me, cleaned and even the gas tank was full. I was very pleased with my experience, I couldn't of asked for anything more. My 1st car buying experience

My first time buying a car from a dealer and I must say I was nervous and hesitant. I looked for a couple months and dealt with pushy salespeople that called me consistently. I went down and saw Mark and it was nothing but pleasure. Far from pushy and nothing short of the best customer service. He went above and beyond to get me the best financing deal for my car. I definitely left there with a different outlook on car buying experience. I definitely plan on purchasing future vehicles from 2010 auto sales.

2004 Jeep Grand Cheerokee

I must say I'm very pleased with my jeep. It rides real nice and can see it was we'll kept. I got it at a fair price and Mark is a pleasure to deal with. I will certainly revisit 2010 Auto Sales the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle.

Stumbled upon 2010 Auto Sales during an internet search for a specific make & model to replace my 10 year old car, and I'm glad that I did! Mark is a no-pressure salesman, very easy to work with, and fixed me up with a beautiful late model luxury sedan. He takes the stress out of the cay buying experience and makes it enjoyable. And he goes the extra mile to make everything perfect on delivery. My daughter turns 16 this summer, and we will definitely be making a trip to see Mark for her car.
